Privacy Policy

All Chunk Web Services LLC customer account information is held confidential. We do not sell our customer list or customer information. Customer information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, fax number and billing information is collected for the sole purpose of providing services to our customers and notifying them of improvements to our products and services.

From time to time, we will send special offers and promotional notices via mail, email, fax, SMS text, and/or voice broadcast to our customers and to prospects who have expressed interest and have requested such information. At any time, customers may opt-out of such offers and notifications by following the opt-out link on the specific communication or by contacting Chunk Web Services LLC directly.

Billing Policy

All products and services are prepaid.  Physical products and memberships are sold via the internet only.  Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

As a current or prior customer of Chunk Web Services LLC, each customer agrees to provide Chunk Web Services LLC 30 days to attempt settlement of any billing dispute before disputing with any third-party credit card company or bank. Chunk Web Services must be the first option in billing disputes. Should Chunk Web Services receive a chargeback or other reversed charge from a third-party credit card company or bank on the customer’s behalf before Chunk Web Services has been given a chance to resolve the issue, Chunk Web Services has the right to collect on the rendered services and any fees associated with those disputes. Chunk Web Services charges a $50.00 Chargeback Fee per chargeback should a credit card company be used as a first resort in a billing dispute.

Not all billing disputes may be settled to a customer’s satisfaction. Once Chunk Web Services has been given first right to settle a billing dispute, a customer may then use any third party credit card company or bank in an attempt to settle the dispute. However, Chunk Web Services still retains the right to collect on any rendered services or fees that are due. Should Chunk Web Services be unable to reverse any disputed amounts with a third-party credit card company or bank, Chunk Web Services may submit the full delinquent amount to a collection agency for collections.

Refund Policy

Chunk Web Services allows a 30 day refund for all physical products.  Any customer desiring a refund is required to return the product to 3235 S. Salt Cedar Ct. Chandler, AZ 85286 with a letter explaining why the return and refund are warranted.  Upon receipt of the return, as long as it is returned within 30 days of purchase, Chunk Web Services will issue a full refund for the product.

Membership fees are prepaid and are non-refundable.  If a customer wishes to cancel a prepaid membership during the first 60 days, the customer can do so in writing or via email.  The membership will be canceled and any prepaid fees for future services will be refunded. After the initial 60 days of the membership, no refunds will be issued.
