24 Hours of Live Video Streaming – A Virtual Fiesta

Some call me crazy.  Others just think I’m weird.  But, yesterday’s Fix Your Follow-Up Fiesta was act of pure compassion.

tyler-fiestaYou see, over the years I’ve learned that one of the reasons small business don’t thrive is because they don’t follow up well with prospects and customers.  Think about it, you spend a ton of time, money, or effort just trying to get more leads.  When those leads do come in, you spend your time wisely by focusing your efforts on those that are hot and ready right now.  But, the others get left by the wayside.  You may call them a time or two, but you typically don’t do anything to build and maintain a long term relationship in the hopes that they’ll buy sometime down the road.  And, after you spent so much effort to get a lead to convert into a sale, chances are you do very little to maintain a relationship with that customer to get them to keep coming back and buying more in the future.

Its not that you don’t want to, but if you’re like most entrepreneurs, you’re just so busy trying to run the business that you don’t have the time or the energy to follow up consistently.  You may even realize that you’re leaving a ton of money on the table by not following up, but you just can’t seem to find the time to do it.

Over the last couple of years, after working with hundreds of small business (in one-on-one consultations and at live events) I’ve developed a strong sense of compassion for entrepreneurs that find themselves in this situation.  I’ve also learned the tricks to fixing follow-up failure and growing small businesses extremely fast.

So, yesterday I spent the entire day (literally) – for 24 hours straight, I held a  live streaming video broadcast where I consulted small businesses owners on how to grow their businesses.  We talked about business strategies, marketing strategies, and I taught the tactics that I’ve learned from the masters.  The Fix Your Follow-Up Fiesta was for Infusionsoft – a company that provides software to put your business on autopilot.  But the advice given during these 24 hours of business consultation are priceless.
